I’m an IT professional and learning facilitator driven by a deep commitment to empowering others through knowledge, clarity, and creativity. With over a decade of experience spanning higher education, corporate environments, and freelance projects, I bring together technical expertise, training design, and communication skills to create meaningful learning experiences.
My professional journey began in technical support and systems administration, where I developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training. Over the years, I’ve worked across universities, international companies, and game development studios—supporting complex infrastructures while designing tutorials, onboarding programs, and live workshops. Whether working with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Moodle, or creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite, I focus on making technology accessible and engaging for users at every level.
My lifelong love of learning has led me to expand into Learning & Development, where I now design and facilitate workshops that blend technical skills with creativity and confidence-building. Drawing from my background in acting and communication training, I bring a unique energy to live sessions—helping participants not only understand systems but also feel confident using them.
Outside of formal roles, I enjoy building communities and creative projects. I’ve managed The Silmarillion Facebook community (160k+ members), developed websites and training materials, contributed to major game titles like PGA Tour 2K23 and Kerbal Space Program 2 in IT support roles, and because I have a background in theatre and acting I am currently writing an Acting Technique Manual to support workshops I am developing.
I believe that learning is most powerful when it’s shared, and my goal is to continue growing as a learning professional—bridging technical knowledge, creativity, and human connection to make a lasting impact.
